The Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership, under the EU’s Horizon Europe programme, invites experts to evaluate proposals submitted to its third joint transnational co-funded call, officially launching on 29 September 2025 at 15:00 CEST.

The call, “Digitalisation and Innovation for Resilient Marine Ecosystems, Businesses, and Communities”, focuses on five areas: Digital Twins of the Ocean, blue economy transition and multi-use infrastructures, climate-smart planning, blue bioresources, and resilient coastal communities.

Selected experts will join the International Evaluation Committee (IEC) to assess proposals in two stages. The pre-proposal meeting will be held online in February 2026, with participation mandatory.

Compensation includes €50 per pre-proposal, €100 per full proposal, and a €250 meeting attendance fee per step.
