Following the success of Thalassa 2022 Conference and Thalassa 2024 Marine Science Conference, the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute (CMMI) invite you once again to Larnaca to participate at the third regional Thalassa Conference on Marine Sciences. The event aims to bring together leading researchers from academia, industry, NGOs, and the public sector to exchange knowledge, share their findings, and present the latest interdisciplinary innovations and state-of-the-art development that bridge scientific, technological, social and policy perspectives.

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Thalassa 2026: Marine Science Conference aims to explore and identify the challenges faced by marine and coastal environments and propose ways to tackle them. It will also facilitate discussions between experts and provide a platform for participants to network for future collaborations.
The Thalassa Conference is co-organised by CMMI and the PUREEF-Y project (Past, present, and future status and mitigation for Cyprus shallow-water reef biodiversity and functioning under global change).
