Now in its fourth edition, the OCEANOISE Conference Series brings together international experts working on ocean noise to exchange knowledge and discuss recent developments in science, technology, and regulation. The conference will take place in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), Spain, from 25 to 29 May 2026.

The scientific programme is organised around chaired sessions with invited speakers, each followed by a round-table discussion. These plenary sessions are complemented by daily poster sessions, offering additional opportunities for informal exchange.

In addition to the invited programme, OCEANOISE2026 will open a call for abstracts for 5-minute oral presentations, each linked to a poster. This format is intended to highlight new and original research results by contributors who are not part of the invited sessions. In line with the conference scope, submitted abstracts must present new data; review or overview contributions will not be considered.
