Atlantic stakeholders are invited to take part in a new survey supporting the review of the Atlantic Maritime Strategy and its Action Plan. The initiative is led by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) on behalf of the European Commission and DG MARE, with the study carried out by Ramboll.
The review assesses progress since the Action Plan’s last update in 2020 and aims to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement and potential updates to keep the Strategy aligned with evolving challenges and EU priorities, including the European Ocean Pact.
Input from public authorities, organisations, networks and practitioners active in the Atlantic region will help build a strong evidence base and inform discussions with Member States on the future direction of the Action Plan and, where relevant, the Strategy itself. Contributions are treated confidentially where requested.
The survey is available in four languages, and Atlantic stakeholders are strongly encouraged to participate and help shape future priorities.
