In its new publication, From Teaming to Lasting Excellence: Lessons Learned and Recommendations from Building the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute, EurOcean member CMMI reflects on seven years of experience through the EU-funded MaRITeC-X Teaming Project.

The publication shares practical lessons on establishing research infrastructure, attracting talent, developing partnerships and building effective governance, with recommendations for newly established Centres of Excellence, national authorities and European institutions working to strengthen research and innovation across Europe.
