The global conference bringing together the Ocean Decade community and its partners will be a 3-day in person event in Barcelona from 10 to 12 April 2024.
Hosted by Spain and co-organized with IOC/UNESCO, the 2024 UN Ocean Decade Conference will be a celebration for the achievements realized so far, three years after the start of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030).
It will also set future priorities and define the collective vision of the Decade’s next years, and will be a key event for governments, universities, NGOs, maritime sectors, leaders and more.
Various events will take place around the main conference, and partners will be able to organize satellite events, exhibitions and networking events.
